What’s Up Wednesday

How’s it going on this lovely day (at least it is here)? I saw Jenny post this on her blog last Wednesday, and I was intrigued, so I decided to try it! You can check out her “What’s Up Wednesday” post here.

This is basically a catch-up post where I tell you about what’s going on in life so here we go!

What I’m Eating

“What haven’t I been eating” is the real question. This past week I’ve remembered how much I loved Lays Baked Barbecue chips. I ate a whole bag within 48 hours (oops). My mom has been making a lot of pasta salad which I LOVE. Also, we’ve had some excess soda in our house so I’ve been enjoying some root beer floats. *drools*

Stu(dying), working, and watching the Celtics/Netflix. I’ve been shopping a lot too for spring/summer clothes.

What I’m Working On

I have a few blog posts in the works, including a new series this summer, catching up on awards, and one that I’m doing some research for, so stay tuned. I also have a project in my international studies class I’ve been working on lol.

What I’m Excited About

I want to go on more college visits and my mom has promised to take me to New York City and Boston, so I’m hoping.

What I’m Watching/Reading

I’ve gotten into the show Cheers which is about an old Red Sox relief pitcher who owns a bar and the staff and patrons. It’s a sitcom and boy is it funny. However, some of the jokes could be considered outdated because it was filmed in the 80’s, but I still find it hilarious. Plus, I needed some good laughs after watching 13 Reasons Why.

What I’m Listening To

I cannot stop listening to “The Cure” by Lady Gaga. That song is my jam and Lady Gaga still reigns supreme.

Baggy t-shirts and jeans/leggings. The weather here cannot seem to decide whether it’s going to be warm or cold, so this is how I compensate. American Eagle jeans are a wardrobe staple.

I’m working Friday and Saturday nights, and Sunday I’ll probably be doing homework. Please, contain your excitement over my absolutely riveting plans.

What I’m Looking Forward To

The end of the school year! I know later on I’m going to wish that I would have enjoyed my time in high school more but I’m so stressed and oppressed at school I just hate it and want it to be over. It will be a huge relief after this year is over, then I can actively start applying for college!

Me, running away from responsibilities

What Else is New

I actually have money now from working and babysitting, so that’s amazing (my checking account has had approximately $5 in it since December). I’ve also made it a personal mission to start calorie counting and drinking more water because health should always come first.
